We process and store personal data that is obtained from business transactions or publicly available sources. We retain the data in our systems to fulfill contracts or for preliminary measures of a contract. We may also use the data to send promotional and informational materials, such as subscription offers or newsletters.
The basis for data collection and processing is from Article 6, paragraph 1, letters a, b and f of DSGVO. We will not share the data with third parties.
The data is deleted as soon as the purpose for its storage no longer pertains. Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct mail. You may do so at any time via email, effective immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please note, the data processed before receiving your request may still be legally processed.
You have the right to request information about your stored data at no additional charge, as well as, request for it to be corrected, blocked, or deleted.
